This role requires regular interaction with the US Onshore team, and other RM teams on day to day basis to understand business requirements and provide required solutions.

Your Technical Responsibilities :
Understanding of relevant data protection regulations and compliance requirements, preferably with a focus on the US.Manage the process for responding to data access requests, handling inquiries related to data accessLead the incidents reported including investigation, review, and communication with affected individuals.Stay up to date on changes in data protection laws and industry's best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the data protection programs.Prepare and maintain compliance reports. Communication with the application owners for detailed data classification.Assist with conducting privacy impact assessments and serve as the primary liaison with data protection authoritiesLearns and understands key requirements of firm, structure, business strategies and different regulatory RMS rules and policiesProvides transactional compliance support for US Risk Management Team as per the laid down standardsEnsures regular follow-up with the US onshore teams and assists with the process completionLiaisons between the different US onshore teams, risk management services team and other functional areas within the firmAdapt to the different databases and process steps to complete requests receivedTimely delivery of quality work and achieving the objectives set based on the determined process methodologyCollaborate with the team and provide feedback for process improvementsPro-actively plan and prioritize daily tasks and keep the team informed of the statusYou are expected to have below mentioned skills :
