Position Summary :

Business development for the wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.

Key Responsibilities :

Explore and identify specific Industry Segments for the newly developed range of : Specialty Adhesives for the Wood Working Range of Water Base Adhesive comprises of D2, D3 & Membrane Adhesives.Devise aggressive market strategies to capture growth opportunities with these new Product Streams.Achieve promised sales and profitability targets over specified time horizons.Build up a professional Team, comprising of Marketing and Technical Service Support Personnel, to enhance market share and attain product acceptability by Customers.

Preferred Experience & Qualification :

Any Graduate4 to 7 years of work experienceExhibit excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Exercise strong mentoring acumen and ability to motivate within Team to achieve results.
