Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving growth across all paid marketing channels. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization to ensure high ROI and sustained brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, and affiliate networks.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across multiple channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance / digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Experience in managing budgets, campaign reporting, and scaling paid marketing efforts.
  • A self-starter with the ability to experiment, learn fast, and adapt to changing trends.
  • Good to Have

  • Experience in EdTech or tech-driven brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Marketing.
