Job Summary : Nalanda Vidya Niketan is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Western Dance Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various Western dance styles and a passion for teaching students at different skill levels. As a Western Dance Teacher you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging dance lessons preparing students for performances and competitions and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a comprehensive Western dance curriculum for students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Teach a variety of Western dance styles including but not limited to hip hop jazz contemporary and street dance.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity teamwork and discipline.
• Develop and conduct dance routines for school performances competitions and special events.
• Provide individualized feedback and coaching to help students improve their dance skills and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to coordinate dance-related activities and events.
• Maintain a safe and organized dance studio environment ensuring compliance with school policies and safety regulations.
• Keep records of student attendance progress and achievements.
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in Western dance to continuously improve teaching methods.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
