We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented

Territory Sales Manager (Closing)

to lead and drive

Dubai real estate sales

while being

based in Mumbai .

The ideal candidate must have a

strong track record in Dubai property sales, client handling, and deal closures , along with the ability to manage high-value transactions remotely. This role is perfect for professionals who have

significant Dubai real estate experience (8–10 years)

and now wish to

continue working for the Dubai market from Mumbai .

Job Title : Territory Sales Manager (Closing) – Dubai Market (Based in Mumbai)

Location : Mumbai, India

Industry :

Real Estate – Dubai Market (Sales & Closings)

Salary :

Based on experience + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the

entire closing process

for Dubai real estate projects — from client inquiry to final agreement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, developers, and channel partners

in the Dubai market.

Manage and convert qualified leads generated by the telecalling and marketing teams.

Provide expert consultation to clients on property investments, project details, and market trends.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and closing targets.

Ensure all documentation and client communications are completed accurately and professionally.

Keep up to date with

Dubai property trends, off-plan launches, and RERA regulations.

Coordinate with the sales leadership team for reporting, planning, and performance tracking.

Requirements :

8–10 years of experience

in real estate sales and deal closing.

Experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory.

Currently

based in Mumbai , handling Dubai sales remotely.

Proven expertise in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Familiar with

Dubai property portals

(Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).

Excellent leadership, presentation, and market awareness skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven professional.
