Job Title : FPSO Crew Coordinator

Location : Corporate Office Noida

Reporting To : GM

Role Objective

The FPSO Crew Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management of offshore personnel logistics, crew rotations, travel planning, and compliance tracking for the FPSO asset. This role ensures seamless mobilization and demobilization of crew members while adhering to safety, certification, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain crew rotation schedules in coordination with OIM, Department Heads (Production, Marine, Maintenance, HSE).
  • Monitor manning levels onboard to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate back-to-back arrangements, leave planning, and emergency replacements.

Logistics & Mobilization

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for offshore crew, including boat transfers.
  • Coordinate with aviation / marine logistics teams and ensure timely POB (Personnel on Board) updates.
  • Prepare and maintain crew movement manifests and boarding clearances.
  • Certification & Compliance Management

  • Track and validate crew medicals (OGUK), BOSIET / HUET, STCW, passport / visa, and other mandatory certifications.
  • Maintain crew competency matrix and ensure only authorized personnel are mobilized.
  • Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between offshore team, HR, vendors, agencies, and contractors.
  • Communicate crew change plans, delays, and emergency deviations promptly.
  • Support induction, onboarding, and briefing of new mobilized personnel.
  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of crew rotations, POB logs, and timesheets for payroll and invoicing.
  • Prepare regular reports on crew movement status, compliance metrics, and cost tracking.
  • Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience in offshore crew management, preferably in FPSO / Drilling Rigs / Offshore Vessels.
  • Familiarity with POB systems, aviation / marine logistics, and safety certification tracking.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, manpower agencies, and third-party service providers.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication
  • Knowledge of offshore regulations (DG Shipping / Flag State / OISD / IMCA).
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments with 24 / 7 responsiveness for crew changes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
