Business Development Manager

Job Overview

This position manages overall India Custom Solutions business (all accounts, existing and new logos). Reporting to the APAC VP Custom Solutions, this role is responsible for India's Custom Solutions business development, working closely with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders (Generalists, Product Delivery) to ensure maximum bookings growth, opportunity creation and progression, pipeline development and management. This is a quota bearing position and covers all attributes of the Sales Cycle – from prospecting, needs assessment, proposal, closing. The candidate must have depth of experience and an established track record of Solution Selling and managing senior level relationships and will be responsible for ensuring that the customers’ needs are understood and the most effective solution is proposed.

University bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant education; MBA an advantage

6-8 years of quota-carrying sales experience, along with strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Proven business development skills and experience

Wide network of contacts in the ICT sector

Strong problem solving and consulting skills

Project management skills preferred

Experience in market research or ICT industry is advantageous
