We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive with experience in CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) or the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt to evolving communication technologies, maintain creativity in market approaches, and drive strategic conversations with enterprise clients.
This role demands strong business acumen, excellent articulation skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities while contributing to the companys go-to-market strategy.
Key Qualifications :
- B.Tech / MBA (Preferred) or equivalent; Postgraduate in Marketing / Sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in enterprise / B2B sales in the CPaaS, telecom, or related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and enterprise technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Enterprise Acquisition : Identify, target, and acquire large enterprise customers across sectors such as Gaming, E-Commerce, EdTech, BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, ISVs, etc.Sales Funnel Management : Build, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure consistent revenue growth.Quota Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions.Consultative Selling : Understand client business needs, present tailored CPaaS / telecom solutions, and conduct high-impact demos and presentations.Market Insights : Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and solution engineering teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client requirements.Negotiation & Closure : Lead contract negotiations, manage commercials, and close deals in line with company policies.Technical / Industry Knowledge (Preferred) :
Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Email APIs, Video APIs, etc.).Understanding of telecom infrastructure and enterprise communication workflows.Knowledge of integration processes for APIs and enterprise communication systems.Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for sales tracking and reporting.Industry Preference : Candidates from CPaaS or Telecom background will be given priority.(ref : iimjobs.com)
