Qontroler is a wellness brand dedicated to improving sleep quality. Our flagship product is an innovative anti-snoring solution , designed to help people (and their partners!) finally enjoy quiet, restorative nights.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Copywriter with strong skills in email marketing and persuasive writing . Your role will be to take existing blocks of content (frameworks, email templates, scripts) and rebuild them into high-performing email sequences targeted at our prospects and leads. You’ll transform raw material into engaging, personalized, and conversion-driven messages that help us close more deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create email campaigns focused on converting leads into clients.
  • Reconstruct emails from pre-existing content blocks into new, cohesive messages.
  • Ensure each email has a clear hook, body, and call-to-action .
  • Adapt tone and style to fit our target audience (entrepreneurs, e-commerce owners, SMEs).
  • Optimize copy for clarity, engagement, and conversions .
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to align messaging with growth objectives.
  • Test and iterate based on results (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Maintain consistency of our brand voice across all communications.

Requirements

Experience & background

  • Proven experience as a copywriter (preferably in email marketing, sales copy, or direct response).
  • Strong portfolio of past work showing results-oriented copy.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like AIDA, PAS, storytelling, and objection handling .

    • Skills

  • Ability to take raw content blocks and turn them into compelling emails.
  • Excellent command of English (writing, grammar, style).
  • Understanding of email marketing metrics (open rate, click-through, conversions).
  • Strong research skills to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

    • Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of tools like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and tech.

  • Contract type : Freelance or full-time (to be discussed).
