We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zonal Training Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and oversee the training and development of counselors, marketing executives, and off-site sales teams across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills, ensuring that all team members are well-equipped to represent Chandigarh University effectively and achieve business objectives.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for admissions and marketing teams across various zones.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training programs on sales, communication, and product knowledge to strengthen brand representation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Develop and update training content, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and refresher sessions for existing staff.
• Collaborate with the Admissions , Marketing , and HR teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular field visits to provide on-ground coaching and performance support.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, professionalism, and adherence to Chandigarh University’s communication standards.
