About the Role

We are looking for a skilled UI / UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to craft clean, usable, and visually polished web experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong UI skills, a solid understanding of UX principles, and clear experience designing web-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality user interfaces for websites and web applications.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and polished UI screens based on requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation.
  • Work within existing design systems and contribute to new components.
  • Maintain strong visual consistency across layouts, typography, spacing, and interactions.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Balance usability, visual clarity, and business goals in every design decision.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer.
  • A strong portfolio (website or Behance) showcasing website design work .
  • Proficiency in Figma , with strong UI design fundamentals.
  • Solid understanding of layout, grid systems, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
  • Good grasp of UX best practices, usability patterns, and accessibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Experience working in a service-based environment.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first workflows.
  • Understanding of design systems and component-driven design.
  • Knowledge of interaction design or conversion-focused design principles.
