What Will You Do?
The Manager (Legal) will be responsible for end-to-end legal oversight across T-Hub. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all legal documents (client agreements, vendor contracts, MoUs, NDAs, program contracts), providing legal guidance to supporting business teams in closing deals without exposing the organization to legal or financial risks. The role also involves standardizing templates, driving legal process automation, mitigating risks, and representing T-Hub in negotiations with clients, vendors, partners, and government stakeholders.
Possessing a strong service mindset, with the willingness to set aside designated office hours to support startup companies in the relevant area of function.
Educational Background
LL.B / LL.M from a reputed institution.
Years of Relevant Experience / Work Experience – Role Types
7–8 years of post-qualification legal experience.
Experience in drafting / reviewing contracts, MoUs, and governance documents.
Exposure to Section 8 companies, startup ecosystem, incubators, and CSR-driven organizations is strongly preferred.

Professionals with 7–8 years of post-qualification experience in contract drafting review, negotiation, and compliance management are ideal. Preference for those who have handled end-to-end legal documentation (client, vendor, program, and governance contracts) and demonstrated ability to balance compliance rigor with operational urgency. Exposure to legal process automation tools (e.g., Zoho Contracts, CLM platforms) will be an added advantage. Candidates must show strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and an intent to support startups while safeguarding the organization’s long-term interests. Candidates who have worked in the legal function of Section 8 not-for-profit companies, startup incubators / accelerators / accelerators, CSR-funded organizations, or innovation-driven enterprises.
