💰 Salary : ₹65,000 per month (higher for deserving candidates)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Project Architect with 6–10 years of experience to join our growing design team. The role requires strong design sensibility, leadership in handling residential and commercial projects , and the ability to manage the complete project lifecycle — from concept design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development for residential and commercial architecture projects (offices, retail, mixed-use, etc.).
• Create conceptual designs, presentations, and client proposals with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Prepare & coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation .
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients across all project stages.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations .
• Mentor and guide junior team members , ensuring quality and detailing.
• Conduct site visits to support project execution and coordinate with site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and timelines .
