Senior Finance Manager

📌 About the Role :

We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The role requires managing day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, and administrative efficiency while ensuring smooth communication between multiple business functions.

📌 Key Responsibilities :

Act as the first point of contact for the MD (communication, scheduling, follow-ups).

Calendar & travel management (meetings, events, logistics).

Ensure timely execution & follow-up of delegated tasks.

Draft / review / manage reports, correspondence & presentations.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Support in strategic projects, research & documentation.

📌 Eligibility & Requirements :

🏢 Experience : 0–5 years as EA / Secretary to senior leadership (manufacturing / industrial sector preferred).

🎓 Education : Graduate (Secretarial / Business Administration background preferred).

💻 Skills : MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook), excellent follow-up, fluent in English & Hindi.

✨ Attributes : Organized, proactive, discreet, strong coordination skills, flexible with travel & hours.

📌 Other Requirements :

Preferably married, with a stable background.

Must demonstrate job stability (no frequent job-hopping).

Open to handling occasional personal errands of MD.
