Role : Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Designing and developing mechanical structures and enclosures for high-performance EV battery packs
• Creating detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing-ready documents
• Performing structural analysis, material selection, thermal considerations, and DFMA best practices
• Supporting the fabrication of prototype battery packs, including coordination with vendors and in-house teams
• Conducting mechanical testing, validation, and iterative improvements based on real-world performance
• Collaborating closely with electronics, thermal, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of the battery pack into the overall system
• Optimizing designs for reliability, safety, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness
