Role Overview :

PDT and Systems Engineering Leader is responsible for guiding a cross-functional team through all phases of the product lifecycle, from planning and development to qualification and production readiness. The leader will provide technical leadership, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support the growth and development of engineering teams. This role focuses on both technical excellence and people leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. PDT Leads act as the primary integration point between technical and business functions, ensuring alignment with the development plan for roadmap-approved products and balancing schedule, cost, and product quality. Systems Engineers design, define and implement complex system requirements. They work with PDT Leads and cross functional teams to develop and recommend solutions to complex problems during the program life cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of PDT Leads and System Engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence across teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and execute strategies for technical innovation and process improvement.
• Represent the engineering team in discussions with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical excellence.
• Support technical and professional growth of team members through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
