US IT Recruiter - Hyderabad [Urgent]

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates’ technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and vendors.
