Role Description

To identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of high-potential talent across industries for a leading communications firm. The role involves proactive networking, mapping the market, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Identification : Spot and source talent across industries using networking, events, referrals, and social platforms.
• Candidate Engagement : Initiate and sustain conversations with potential candidates, understand their aspirations, and match them with relevant opportunities.
• Interview Coordination : Partner with hiring managers to schedule and manage interviews efficiently.
• Networking : Build long-term relationships with professionals and maintain engagement for future needs.
• Market Mapping : Research and track industry trends, talent movements, and competitor insights.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain updated records of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
