What you will do

You will act as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). You will support management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

What you will do :

Oversee clearance and brokerage operations to ensure timely and compliant movement of shipments.

Manage all brokerage administration services with accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Ensure high-quality customer service for clearance-related queries and resolve escalations promptly.

Supervise cage handling processes to maintain operational efficiency and security standards.

Lead and mentor a team, including managers across assigned departments and / or locations, fostering accountability and performance.

Ensure departmental and operational targets are consistently met in alignment with company objectives.

Guarantee compliance with local and international regulations as well as company policies.

Coordinate operations within the country or across multiple countries for seamless process standardization.

Apply strong planning, organizing, judgment, and decision-making skills to drive operational improvements.

Identify gaps and implement best practices to enhance clearance operations, customer experience, and overall productivity.

You will be a great fit if you

Have relevant experience in the logistics industry for a period of over 12-15 years, specializing in the customs regulations and having expertise in the clearance operations.
