Job descriptionGood understanding of CA / CS / Commerce student concerns (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive (mandatory) Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is a plus Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Ability to multitask and deliver results within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) Freelancer Onboarding & Coordination : Manage the complete onboarding and engagement process for freelancers (FLs). Doubt Resolution Scheduling : Align and schedule FLs for doubt-solving sessions ensuring timely responses. Audit & Quality Assurance : Review academic responses to ensure accuracy and consistency. Copy Checking & Evaluation : Oversee content evaluation and ensure timely completion. Performance Tracking & Reporting : Maintain and analyze FL performance metrics for internal review. Finance Support : Assist in monthly payment coordination and validation for freelancers. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with SMEs, freelancers, and academic teams to ensure smooth operations. Be a part of India’s fastest-growing EdTech organization.
