Job Description : AI-Enhanced Partnerships & Outreach Lead

Location : Netaji Subhash Place, North West Delhi, Delhi (On-site)

Travel : Occasional travel across India as required

Position Type : Full-Time – Contractual

Who We Are Looking For :

Nexus3P Foundation is seeking a passionate and technologically-savvy changemaker to drive our mission forward. This is a unique role for a professional who believes that strategic partnerships are the cornerstone of social impact and that powerful, AI-driven storytelling is the key to unlocking them. If you are a relationship-builder who is equally comfortable negotiating with a corporate leader and crafting a viral social media campaign using the latest AI tools, you are the ideal candidate.

This role places a primary emphasis on forging and managing strategic partnerships, while using advanced social media and content creation as a force multiplier for outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Partnerships & Outreach (Primary Focus) :

  • Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with corporations, CSR programs, international agencies, government bodies, and other NGOs.
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals and presentations that clearly articulate mutual value and social impact.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, managing the entire relationship lifecycle from initiation to stewardship.
  • Represent Nexus3P Foundation at networking events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our visibility and outreach.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure their successful implementation and reporting.

2. AI-Enhanced Storytelling & Social Media Management :

  • Leverage a strong understanding of major AI tools (e.g., for content creation, copywriting, image / video generation, data analysis, and CRM automation) to enhance the efficiency and impact of all communications.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that amplifies our mission, showcases the impact of our partnerships, and engages our community.
  • Use AI-driven analytics to monitor social media performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Craft compelling, multi-format content (articles, posts, newsletters, videos) that tells the story of our work and its effect on the community.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • A deep-seated passion for social good and the mission of the Nexus3P Foundation.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in partnerships, business development, donations, outreach, preferably in the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience with major AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney / DALL-E, Canva AI, etc.) for professional productivity, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive narratives for different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and undertake occasional travel across India as required by partnership opportunities.
