Job Description

We are looking for a SAP CRM Developer with minimum 6+ years of experience.

The candidate needs to have proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, C#, Python, and SQL, along with expertise in specific CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Essential technical skills also include API integration, web development, database management, cloud computing, and using version control systems.

Programming & Platforms

• CRM Platforms :

Deep knowledge of specific CRM systems is crucial, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.

Proficiency in languages like JavaScript, C#, Python, Java, and SQL is required for customization and development.

For platforms like Salesforce, skills in Apex are essential, while C# is used for Microsoft Dynamics.

Web Technologies & Integrations

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are needed for front-end customization and user interface development.

Experience with REST and SOAP APIs is necessary to integrate the CRM with other applications and services.

Understanding of web services facilitates data exchange and connectivity between different systems. Data & Cloud

Strong skills in database design, management, and querying using SQL are vital for data-driven CRM functions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is beneficial, as many CRM systems are cloud-based.

Development & Management Tools

Knowledge of Git is essential for managing code changes and collaborating effectively in development teams.

Proficiency with tools like the Salesforce Developer Console, Visual Studio Code, and Postman (for API testing) is common.

Other Key Technical Areas

Understanding the entire lifecycle of software development, from planning to deployment and maintenance.

The ability to integrate CRM systems with other applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
