Job description

Role Responsibilities :

  • Execute manual testing across Salesforce modules and document defects
  • Collaborate with teams to align test cases with user stories and specifications
  • Perform regression testing and support customer onboarding / data loading
  • Track client issues, generate support and invoicing reports

Key Deliverables :

  • Maintain quality across Salesforce implementations
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of customer data
  • Provide timely resolution to support issues
  • Generate operational reports for billing and customer success
