RESTful APIs, Graph QL, Microservices Architecture, Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Elastic Stack) Agile / Scrum methodologies Bachelor’s / master’s in computer science or related field. 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle software development. Advanced proficiency with modern cloud, Dev Ops, and testing practices. Strong documentation, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Solution-oriented, proactively drives process improvement and innovation. Effective communicator; strong stakeholder engagement. Committed to quality, compliance, and technical mentorship.
Job Title : Senior Software Engineer
Location : Hyderabad (On-site) Full Time
Timings : 12pm-9pm
Job Description : Role Overview :
Deliver high-quality solutions through technical excellence, leadership, planning, and cross-team collaboration. Drive architecture improvements, innovation, and robust process adherence to support organizational goals and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & KRAs :
- Deliver features / modules on time with
- Provide solution docs for each delivery; maintain code comments and project wiki.
- Lead and review code, enforce standards; achieve high code review approval rates.
- Propose and evaluate architecture changes, pilot new technologies and POCs.
- Improve estimation accuracy, log risks, complete compliance audits.
- Mentor junior engineers, deliver knowledge docs, and foster technical growth.
- Participate in meetings, contribute to stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
- Plan infra, oversee deployment, ensure successful rollouts and documentation.
