Lead Consultant - EDI

Job descriptionDesign, configure, and customize SAP solutions in the OTC and EDI modules. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and business objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing OTC and EDI processes. Propose and implement innovative solutions for improved operational efficiency. Conduct system and integration testing for EDI and OTC solutions. Support end-to-end testing activities to ensure successful deployment. Provide ongoing support for SAP OTC and EDI modules, addressing user requests and system issues. Troubleshoot EDI-related errors including IDoc failures and partner profile inconsistencies. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Participate actively in project planning and execution to meet defined timelines. Stay current with SAP OTC and EDI advancements, tools, and best practices. Leverage new technologies and methodologies to optimize processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as an EDI Consultant, with a primary focus on OTC processes. Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S / 4HANA environments. Proven expertise in EDI integration, including IDocs, partner profiles, and EDI mapping. In-depth understanding of OTC processes : sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. SAP SD or EDI certifications are a plus.
