Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager-Study Abroad located in Ludhiana. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the branch, manage a team, develop strategies to achieve business targets, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, evaluating market trends, and promoting study abroad services. The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Organizational skills
• Experience in study abroad consultation or education services is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English;

regional language knowledge is a plus
