Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Sales Representative at R Cube Logistics and Consulting in New Delhi. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting our freight forwarding services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
- Create detail business plans to facilitate the attainment of goal
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking , cold calling email campaigns and social touches and turn them into long term partnerships
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of the products to prospects based on their needs and priorities
- Present and promote the company's services, including air, sea, and land freight solutions.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
- Negotiate agreement and keep records of sales and data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Track and report sales progress, activities, and forecasts to management.
