Senior Resource Planner / Capacity Planner

Location : Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Onsite)

Experience : 2–8 years

Work Mode : Onsite

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Resource Planner / Capacity Planner to join our team in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective capacity planning, forecasting, and workforce optimization to ensure business operations run efficiently and meet delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and update capacity and resource plans aligned with business demand.
Perform forecasting and utilization analysis to identify staffing gaps or surpluses.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to balance workload distribution.
Generate and analyze reports to provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements in workforce efficiency.
Work on tools such as IEX, Verint, or other WFM / capacity planning tools for scheduling and forecasting.

Required Skills & Experience :

2–8 years of hands-on experience in capacity planning, resource management / Resource planning, or workforce planning.

Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, staffing models, and scheduling techniques.

Experience with WFM tools like IEX, Verint, or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical, Excel, and reporting skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
