Responsibilities : - Identifies defect-damages of products and source of defects in manufacturing processes

o Resolves them by working with factories in China, Brazil – remotely from Chennai

o Travels occasionally to the factories as needed – to fix these defects

• Identifies defect-damages of products in warehousing processes

o Resolves them by working with warehouses in USA – remotely from Chennai

o Includes monitoring factories and products before launch, during every production batch and post-production testing at warehouses (as required)

o Reduces defects-damages by iterating / innovating on these processes to bring them down in significant methods

o Customer service that interacts with customers

o Analytics for finding data patterns

o Collaborates with marketing and customer service team to aid customers to help customers install our products properly

Qualifications : - Performance process capabilities, Inspection and work audit capabilities in prior work experience.- Excellent organization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and obtain results working within strict time frames.- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external.- CAD data analysis, Interpreting assembly and component drawings, engineering specifications.- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, warehousing processes.- Strong attention to detail.
