The Power Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of the power generation facilities within the rice industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in boiler, turbine, and ESP systems, aiming to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the power plant, ensuring efficient and safe performance of boiler, turbine, and ESP systems.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize energy production while minimizing costs.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations in power plant operations.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for maintenance and upgrades of plant equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of power generation with overall production processes.
