Structural Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Team Lead to oversee our structural engineering and BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and modelers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects.- Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.- Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.- Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation.- Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers.- Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.- Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.Requirements : - Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.- Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM / construction projects.- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards.- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).- Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
