What You’ll Bring
8-11 years of copywriting experience, including 2 -3 years in a creative leadership roleA well-rounded portfolio spanning brand campaigns, digital storytelling, social-first ideas, and innovation-led workProven ability to lead copy teams, while collaborating across disciplines and with clientsDeep understanding of brand voice, consumer behavior, platform nuances, and emerging content formatsExperience integrating GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc., into creative processesStrong presentation, persuasion, and mentorship skills—you know how to guide, not just edit
