Responsibilities & Expertise :
- Good knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficient in English communication and legal drafting for circulars, notices, show cause letters, warnings, etc.
- Statutory compliance and contract labor management.
- Security, canteen, office, and property administration.
- Liaising with government authorities such as DISH, ALC, PF, ESIC, GIDC, GPCB, Police Department, Security Guard Board, local village authorities, and politicians.
- Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, TPM E&T documentation and participation in audits.
- Recruitment, training, and development.
- Designing performance management systems aligned with business needs.
- Handling strikes, workmen settlements, union agreements, statutory compliances, contract labor negotiations, and administrative & security management.
- Data handling and proficiency in statistics.
- Preparing long-term strategies for harmonious Industrial Relations (IR).
- Experience in wage settlement (collective bargaining), union agreements, and related issues.
- Conducting domestic enquiries and disciplinary actions.
- Designing and implementing workmen policies, handling POSH grievances.
- Liaison with government and local authorities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
