₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Role Overview

This is a field-intensive role focused on driving Aeloria’s outreach and brand visibility in the education sector. You will lead school-level marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with principals, counselors, and decision-makers, and ensure successful enrollment conversions through strategic engagement and events.

You will also work alongside European leadership trainers in facilitating workshops for students, supporting the delivery of international-standard leadership training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

School Outreach & Partnerships

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational stakeholders.
• Pitch Aeloria’s programs through structured meetings and presentations.
• Negotiate and secure long-term partnerships with schools.

Marketing & Brand Representation

Lead Generation & Conversion

Event Coordination & Campaign Execution

Workshop Facilitation Support
