Job description
  • Handle outbound voice calls in an international process
  • Transfer calls to senior associates as required
  • No sales targets involved
  • Provide basic technical / customer support over the phone
  • Maintain professionalism and quality in every customer interaction
  • Required Profile :

    • Minimum qualification : 12th Pass
    • Good communication skills in English
    • Ability to follow process guidelines and transfer protocols
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
    • Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
