Job descriptionRecruitment and Onboarding Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and select candidates to meet organizational needs. Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection. Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process, including document collection, induction programs, and system setup. Ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization. Employee Engagement and Development Engagement : Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular feedback mechanisms. Learning & Development : Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. Support career progression by assisting in performance reviews and development plans
3. HR Operations and Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, payroll inputs, and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
- Manage the exit process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with final settlements, recoveries, and handover formalities.
- Gather insights from exit interviews to improve retention and workplace policies.
- Talent acquisition expertise.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
