For one of our client in the Sports Tech :

They are on a mission to make sports more accessible by building the digital backbone for sports facilities and players across India. Tech team is young, energetic, and full of potential — but we're looking for a strong leader to guide them, set up the right processes, and scale our product to the next level

What you'll own

• Lead and manage the entire tech function — strategy, execution, and delivery.
• Set up best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability
• Architect and oversee new feature development to ensure performance and reliability
• Mentor and upskill a young, enthusiastic team of developers
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into tech solutions.
• Take ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as the company grows.
