Engine Testing Team Leader (R550)

Experience Level : 5 to 8 Years

Core Responsibilities

• Testing Leadership : Lead and manage the Engine Testing Team for R550 Series and T4 Engines.
• Performance Ownership : Responsible for PQSDM (Productivity, Quality, Safety, Delivery, Morale) metrics in R550 engine testing.
• Troubleshooting : Expert Troubleshooting and Decision Making for Electrical Components & Process Problems.
• Failure Analysis : Conduct Electrical Component Failure Analysis to determine root cause and implement CAPA.
• Compliance : Execute and ensure compliance for all Emission Testing (R550 & T4 engines).
• Team Management : Manpower Handling, task assignment, and development of the testing team.
