Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and enhance custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language
Design and implement Core Data Services CDS views and ABAP Managed Database Procedures AMDP
Utilize the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model RAP for building Fiori apps and extending standard SAP functionalities
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing deployment and support
Perform code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions
Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes and methodologies
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development

Proficiency in Core Data Services CDS and experience with ABAP Managed Database Procedures AMDP

Handson experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model RAP

Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA architecture and data models

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform BTP and Cloud Platform Integration CPI is a plus

Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

SAP certification in ABAP development is preferred
