Job description2–4 years building AI / LLM-based apps, chatbots, or agentic systems . Strong understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG . Hands-on with Python , and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, HuggingFace . Experience with API integration, FastAPI / Flask , and databases ( MongoDB / Postgres ). Familiarity with prompt engineering , agent design patterns & evaluation metrics. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills. AI Agent Engineer(2-4 Years) | Noida(Onsite / Flexible work mode)
Keyskills : LLM -powered applications or agentic systems, Strong proficiency in Python, AI-agents( LangChain and / or LlamaIndex), RAG, Vector databases (Pinecone / ChromaDB / FAISS), FastAPI or Flask for API orchestration, Integration OpenAI or HuggingFace models, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, Strong debugging, problem-solving, and evaluation of agents
⭐ What You’ll Work On
- Build and scale LLM-powered conversational agents & autonomous workflows across our Tutor, Coach & Buddy products.
- Develop RAG pipelines , contextual memory systems, embeddings, and tool-use logic.
- Integrate multimodal capabilities – text, voice, image, video – into learning assistants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise UX, agent behaviour & pedagogy alignment.
- Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, moderation & personalisation.
- Continuously experiment with emerging LLMs, frameworks, SDKs & APIs .
- Contribute to our internal AI Agent SDK , reusable components & Dev tooling.
- Support A / B testing, telemetry, analytics, safety, hallucination reduction initiatives.
