Role Description

Employment : Full time

Job Nature : Medical coding (HCC)

Work location : Chennai

Work shifts : General / Rotational shifts

Work Timings : 09 : 00 AM - 06 : 30 PM

Work Days : Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun holiday)

Points to note :

Our offices are operating with required number of employees and adhering to safety norm as per the Govt. regulations.

Offered candidates are expected to report to office to start the training in their respective locations.

On successful completion of training, the candidates will be moved to projects for project-based assignments.

Qualifications

Medical Science or Life Science (Degree / Diploma)

Certified Professional Coders

Candidates should have good communication (English) & interpersonal skills.

At the time of interview, candidates should have completed the course & must have no arrears.

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

Understanding of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT) and HIPAA regulations

Familiarity with Medical Billing software, EHRs, and encoders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

License / Certification :

CPC, CIC, COC(Preferred)

Aadhar(Preferred)

Major PAN Card(Preferred)
