Job description

Senior MERN Stack Team Lead

We're looking for a MERN Stack Team Lead to be the technical pillar of our product development team. You will drive architecture definition , ensure code quality , and provide mentorship while maintaining a hands-on role in development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a development team to design and implement scalable MERN stack applications (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Define technical standards, drive DevOps (CI / CD), and conduct thorough code reviews .
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions .
  • Mentor junior engineers and optimize application performance .

Requirements :

  • 6+ years of hands-on MERN stack development.
  • Expertise in REST APIs , GraphQL , Microservices , and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Strong grasp of system architecture , design patterns , and scalability principles .
  • Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
