As a Deputy Manager of Medical Affairs, your day will be filled with engaging clinical experts, conducting educational programs, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. You'll play a pivotal role in driving BD's clinical strategies and enhancing the company's market position.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Conduct clinical marketing education programs, seminars, and promotional events to improve BD's value proposition among clinical and economic buyers.
- Build clinical capabilities among the sales organization and channel partners through training and continuous evaluation.
- Develop and implement a regional calendar of engagements to create strong brand awareness and open doors with potential and existing customers.
- Support the sales organization with product evaluations, clinical audits, setting protocols, and troubleshooting to ensure high product penetration and seamless application.
What You Bring
MBBS & MBA (Preferable) qualifications.Strong clinical / laboratory understanding and business acumen.Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.Ability to influence without authority and build relationships.
