Key Account Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major clients. The Senior Sales Officer acts as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Team Leadership and Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior sales staff. They may be responsible for training new employees, providing coaching on sales techniques, and assisting team members in closing complex deals.
