GrowExx - Project Manager - PMP / Prince2

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT services engagements, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, and business units to ensure project success.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and Skills :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT services or IT consulting domains.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience working with global and distributed teams is a plus
