We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right programs and ensure smooth admissions. The role involves mentoring junior counselors, handling walk-ins, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel students on courses, career options, and training programs.
- Manage inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to achieve admission goals.
- Mentor and support junior counselors to ensure effective counseling.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for lead generation.
- Maintain student records and ensure a seamless admission process.
Requirements :
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
