This includes fundraising, budget preparation, financial planning, data analysis, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance . The role requires a strategic finance professional who can provide actionable insights, ensure sound financial governance, and support the leadership team in driving growth.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with proven experience in fundraising, due diligence, investor relations, strategic planning, and financial operations in a fast-growing start-up environment .

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead fundraising efforts through equity, debt, grants, or strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Prepare investor pitch decks, financial models, and supporting documentation.
• Manage investor communication, reporting, and stakeholder confidence.
