Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various functions within the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient HR process across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement :

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement programs and recognition activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • 3. Performance Management :

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.
  • Support the implementation of KPIs, goal setting, and employee feedback systems.
  • 4. HR Operations & Administration :

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.
  • 5. Compliance & Policy Implementation :

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
  • 1 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles (freshers with strong HR internships can also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, or payroll systems).
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices .
