Job Title : Oracle ICM Analyst

Hours : Full time (40-hours per week)

Location : Remote work (Ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad, with an office targeted to open there in the future)

Reports to : Managing Consultant – Commercial Performance Applications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Oracle ICM Analyst to support and optimize our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle ICM applications, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of commissions and incentive payments. This role will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions that support strategic objectives

Key responsibilities include :

Configure and maintain Oracle ICM modules including plan setup, participant configuration, crediting, and payment processing.

Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and IT to design and implement compensation plans and business rules.

Analyse compensation data and system outputs to ensure data accuracy and timely payouts.

Manage ICM system upgrades, enhancements, and integration points with upstream / downstream systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, CRM, payroll).

Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor compensation metrics and performance indicators.

Support end-user training and documentation for incentive compensation tools and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve ICM-related issues, working closely with Oracle support when needed.

Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and system data.

Continuously improve ICM processes by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.

The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.

Experience required :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience working with Oracle ICM or other incentive compensation platforms.

Strong understanding of incentive compensation structures, including commission plans, quotas, and accelerators.

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications :

Oracle Cloud Certification in Incentive Compensation or related modules.

Experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) or BI Publisher.

Background in sales operations or financial systems support
