Company Description NOIR & BLANCO is a leading Shopify Plus agency specializing in designing, developing, and optimizing Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. We collaborate with luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands to create bespoke e-commerce solutions. Our expertise spans e-commerce strategy, UX / UI design, Shopify development, and performance marketing, including SEO, paid search, and paid social. From building websites from scratch to seamless migrations and CRO, our specialist team is dedicated to helping premium brands achieve their online potential. We are committed to delivering tailored, high-performing digital solutions to support our clients' growth and success.

Role Description

Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – eCommerce & D2C

Compensation : Fixed Salary per month + incentives + performance bonus

Build targeted lists of Indian eCommerce & D2C brands (Apparel, Beauty, Kids, Lifestyle, Home, Skincare, etc.)

Identify founders, co-founders, growth heads through Apollo / Clay

Run outbound campaigns via Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist

Send cold emails + LinkedIn sequences

Book qualified meetings for Performance Marketing (Meta / Google Ads)

Maintain CRM, track conversions, report results

Required Skills

Proven experience with agency lead generation (must)

Strong understanding of D2C, Shopify, eCommerce funnels

Excellent research skills — can spot brand size, funding, ad spend

Strong English writing for outreach

Familiar with tools : Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Phantombuster, Dropcontact

Knows how to avoid spam triggers & warm email inboxes

KPIs

200–300 targeted leads per week

8–10 booked qualified calls per week

30–50% show rate

Consistent pipeline building
